How a page gets published.

Each leaf page answers one question: when people ask AI assistants for a category in a city, who gets named? ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Claude are the assistants. Google AI Overviews is marked coming soon because there is no official API.

A page is indexable only when the latest snapshot names at least 5 businesses, includes at least 3 assistants, has at least 12 answers, and is under 45 days old. If it has never passed that gate, the URL returns 404. If it passed before and then went stale, it stays out of the sitemap and sends noindex.

Rank on the page is the share of answers that named the business, plus the average position when it was named. We do not invent a score. A Google rating appears only when the snapshot includes a public listing count. Being listed is not an endorsement. Request a correction.

A mention is not guaranteed. AI answers change by product, prompt, and week. NearbyPick reports what a fixed question set returned. It does not promise the next answer will match.
